North Star Organizing Bootcamp
A 12-week intensive for emerging organizers to master campaign strategy, storytelling, fieldwork, and grassroots movement building.
New Candidate Bootcamp USA
A virtual training incubator for first-time candidates running for local, county, or state office. Learn how to fundraise, connect with voters, and build a winning campaign.
Little Leaders Week (Ages 4–12)
A joyful 5-day in person civic learning experience that teaches kids about fairness, community, and speaking up through storytelling, art, and play.

Our programs are designed for emerging grassroots organizers, civic leaders, and first-time candidates from all backgrounds—especially those from underrepresented communities. Whether you’re organizing in your neighborhood or running for local office, we have a track for you.
2. Are the bootcamps fully virtual?
Yes. All sessions are hosted virtually to ensure accessibility for participants across the U.S. We use a combination of live Zoom sessions, digital tools, and online communities like Slack to keep everyone connected and engaged.
3. Is financial assistance available?
Absolutely. We offer tiered pricing and scholarships to over 30% of each cohort. We’re committed to making our programs accessible regardless of income level. Volunteer hours may also be accepted in place of fees.
4. How are the consulting services customized?
We work closely with nonprofits, unions, advocacy groups, and local governments to assess their needs and co-create training plans, DEI assessments, or leadership development programs that reflect their mission and culture.
5. What kind of support do participants get during the bootcamps?
Participants receive 1-on-1 mentorship, access to expert guest speakers, peer-led discussion groups, templates, and weekly office hours. Each cohort also completes a capstone project for real-world experience.
